Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management
  • Develop and execute national KPM strategy for key developers across India.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with developers, consultants, architects, PMCs, and key stakeholders.

  • Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
  • MBA in Marketing / Business Management will be an added advantage.

Requirements

  • 15-18 years of experience in construction chemicals, building materials, real estate, or infrastructure industries.
  • Strong exposure to handling key developers and large project accounts at national/regional level.
  • Experience in driving specification and project management preferred.
  • Strong network with leading developers, consultants, and PMCs across India.

Additional Information

To lead and drive strategic engagement with key developers and large real estate groups across India (around 30 key developers in luxury segment), ensuring specification, approval, and business growth of company solutions across residential, commercial & mixed used. The role will focus on developing long-term partnerships with top developers, driving project influence at early stages, and achieving sustainable business growth through Key Project Management (KPM).
