Responsibilities

  • Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Troubleshoot issues related to MM/PP processes and its integration with other modules. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for new configurations/developments. (15%)
  • Defines, designs, builds, and implements master data requirements and strategies to translate business requirements and models into feasible and acceptable data management designs to ensure that business needs are met. Identifies system enhancements when necessary. (15%)

  • Builds, tests, documents, and manages assigned master data maintenance processes, templates and workflows. (10%)
  • Proactively analyzes and monitors data to increase quality as it relates to accuracy, completeness and consistency; verifies accuracy of data in functional area and for assigned activities to support data governance strategy. (20%)
  • Participates in review of master data within PLM and other key systems and ensures adherence to governance policies prior to entry into SAP. (10%)
  • Monitors, reports, and evaluates the performance of data governance services on the basis of specific Key Performance Indicators. (10%)
  • Transforms data into user reports to manage business (5%)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in information technology preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in SAP MM/PP modules, with strong working knowledge of SAP Master data management.
  • Experience in Semiconductor industry preferred.
  • Basic understanding of data governance strategy, principals, processes, and management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with multiple business functions to gain consensus on approaches.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, problem- solving and quantitative skills
  • Solid work ethic, self-driven, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of ABAP or other computer programming languages and SAP a plus
