Senior Test Programme Manager (Private Banking) - Perm

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall testing strategy, planning, execution, and delivery across banking transformation programs.
• Oversee multiple testing workstreams, including system integration testing, regression testing, UAT, performance testing, and defect management.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior management to ensure testing milestones are delivered on time and within scope.
• Define testing governance, reporting cadence, risk management processes, and quality assurance standards.
• Manage test plans, test schedules, resource planning, and progress tracking across multiple teams.
• Drive defect triage, issue resolution, escalation management, and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure testing activities align with banking compliance, risk, and audit requirements.
• Support core banking / digital banking / transformation initiatives involving Temenos .
• Provide leadership to test managers, QA teams, business users, and vendor partners.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Program Manager / Senior Test Manager / Testing Delivery Lead within banking.
• Must have Temenos experience .
• Proven experience managing large-scale testing programs across complex banking environments.
• Strong knowledge of test governance, test strategy, SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and release readiness.
• Prior experience working on core banking, wealth, payments, loans, deposits, or banking transformation programs would be highly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong vendor management and cross-functional team leadership experience.
• Good understanding of banking processes, controls, compliance, and production release governance.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Temenos Transact / T24.
• Experience in core banking implementation or upgrade programs.
• Exposure to automation testing, performance testing, or test tooling such as JIRA, ALM, Zephyr, or similar.
