Operations Supervisor - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Supervise night shift warehouse operations to meet productivity, quality, and service targets
• Ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment
• Assign daily work, manage schedules, and support employee performance and development
• Foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing team environment
• Monitor workflows and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
• Drive continuous improvement in partnership with cross-shift leadership
• Enforce OHSA and McKesson Health & Safety policies; lead safety talks, inspections, and incident follow-up
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Oversee replenishment and support controlled substances (narcotics) compliance
• Track metrics, approve timecards, and communicate daily shift updates

Requirements

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong operational knowledge and focus on safety and continuous improvement
• Effective leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and drive results

• Our Base Pay Range for this position
• $74,200 - $98,900
