We're looking for a driven self-starter to join our fast-paced Operations Planning team, focused on Roku's hardware products business. As an Operations Planner, you will be an individual contributor supporting planning leadership through reporting, forecasting, supply-demand analysis, and the S&OP process. The ideal candidate is quantitatively driven, detail-oriented, and brings strong problem-solving expertise. You're comfortable analyzing large datasets to surface actionable insights and thrive in cross-functional environments where collaboration drives results. This role works closely with Operations (Procurement, Logistics, and COE), Sales, and Finance & Accounting to execute key initiatives that fuel the success of Roku's hardware business. For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $109,900 - $162,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain production build plans based on sales demand forecasts across Roku's hardware product lines and supplier base
  • Lead weekly sales forecast and build plan reviews, generating reports and tracking performance against objectives to optimize supply-demand planning
  • Review supply commitments against the build plan, identify gaps and excess materials, and ensure supply continuity while minimizing excess and obsolescence (E&O)
  • Drive supply-demand balance by collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Lead weekly S&OE/S&OP meetings with the sales operations and planning team for Roku hardware products
  • Support leadership in developing short- and long-term strategic plans for Roku's hardware business
  • Communicate status, risks, and opportunities consistently to key stakeholders
  • Partner with the Supply Chain Excellence team to advance digitization, including AI adoption, and develop reporting tools that drive continuous improvement across the hardware business
  • We're excited if you have
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • 3-5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, S&OP, consumer electronics, e-commerce, retail, or digital media
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and ERP/planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Anaplan)
  • Strong analytical background in data modeling and reporting, with a track record of building scalable solutions that generate business insight - including hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate analysis, automate data transformations, and deliver quality insights faster
  • Experience in operations planning, data science/modeling, or quantitative business roles tied to financial or operational performance preferred
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving with a demonstrated history of driving results through continuous improvement
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across departments
  • A bias toward action and the ability to thrive in a high-production, fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with overseas manufacturing partners, contract manufacturers (CM/ODMs), or offshore supplier teams
  • Experience working in and collaborating effectively in a multi-site,
