JOB SUMMARY The District Manager of Sunnyside* MA & NY rep orts to the Regional Director and is responsible for profitability of multiple dispensaries and their teams within the state . The District Manager will oversee multiple Sunnyside* dispensaries , ensuring the region achieve s or exceed s all key metrics and goal s . This role will serve as the link between the Sunnyside* brand vision of providing access to consistent high-quality cannabis and cannabis knowledge and the operations of the store. As a District Manager, you will have: Experience leading and motivating a team of Retail Managers; skills include recruiting, onboarding, training, managing employee relations and coaching. Skills in talent selection, performance management and succession planning of hourly and salary team members.
