A rapidly growing proprietary trading firm is in immediate need of a Senior Quant Researcher to join its team. You ll have the opportunity to gain a ton of visibility from senior stakeholders, as you ll be working closely with C-Suite professionals to help ensure that the firms s research efforts are second-to-none. br> br> strong>Responsibilities br> br> /strong> ul> li>Spearhead the firm s quant research efforts /li> li>Collaborate with and manage a team of quants /li> li>Perform hands-on quant research and large scale data analysis of the crypto markets /li> li>Complete full-cycle research projects br> br> /li> /ul> strong>Requirements br> br> /strong> ul> li>10+ years of experience in traditional quant finance /li> li>Experience in risk-management functions /li> li>Strong understanding of the digital assets market /li> li>Impeccable programming skills /li> li>Problem-solving mindset and entrepreneurial spirit br> br> /li> /ul>The role can sit in Chicago, NYC, HK or London. Fully remote is possible in the US and/or Europe
