Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or FRM are advantageous.
- Minimally 5 years of relevant experience in Product Control, Financial Control, or Market Finance roles, preferably within Global Markets.
- Strong understanding of Global Markets products and well-developed knowledge of financial risk and internal control frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Front Office, Risk, Operations, and senior management.
- High level of drive, proactiveness, and adaptability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
