Wellness Center Director

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the beauty spa to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Supervise and lead a team of beauty professionals, ensuring high service standards and team collaboration.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, including digital marketing campaigns, to enhance brand presence and attract new clients to increase sale revenue.
• Conduct live streaming sessions on social media platforms to promote services, engage with customers, and build brand awareness.
• Maintain inventory, oversee scheduling, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Foster excellent customer relationships, addressing client feedback and ensuring a positive experience.
• Business expansion planning and implementation.
• Create Franchising concept.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing a beauty spa that offers wellness program, beauty services , TCM treatment , facial treatments, waxing, and hair spa services.
• Proven expertise in conducting live streaming and utilizing social media for marketing purposes.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
