Responsibilities
- Volunteer Engagement

- Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate volunteer records, attendance, and deployment data in organisational systems
- Track and analyse volunteer participation and programme data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare reports on volunteer utilisation, engagement levels, and programme outcomes
- Governance, Safety & Compliance
- Apply organisational policies and standard operating procedures in volunteer engagement
- Ensure volunteers are briefed on safety, confidentiality, and safeguarding requirements when supporting elderly clients
- Support risk management practices to ensure safe and appropriate volunteer involvement in programmes
- Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Relevant experience in volunteer management, community engagement, events coordination, social services, or related areas
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong communication and relationship management skills across diverse stakeholder. groups
- Ability to interpret data and generate insights to improve volunteer engagement and programme delivery
- Proficiency in workplace tools such as spreadsheets, databases, or volunteer management systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
