Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and direct daily production activities to meet output, quality, cost, and delivery targets
  • Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, team leads, and production employees

  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-7 years of manufacturing or production leadership experience
  • Proven experience leading teams in a production environment
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow optimization, and labor management
  • Solid understanding of safety and quality systems
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Requirements

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Experience using ERP / MES systems
  • OSHA safety training or certification
  • Experience managing multiple shifts or departments
  • Problem-solving skills and tools such as PDCA, DMAIC and Kaizen
  • Physical and Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and standing/walking for extended periods
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25-40 lbs
  • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed to support production
