As a Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing general repair and rebuilds, managing workflow, driving quality repairs and helping us maintain the high level of service our customers count on. Conduct performance conversations and provide regular feedback to help technicians grow and excel. Maintain high standards with daily time and service reports, cross-over reports, and field-to-shop transfers. Determine appropriate tooling for jobs and navigate the warranty process with expertise. Review inspection findings and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. Day-to-Day Activities: Monitor shop floor operations to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Engage with technicians to resolve technical and tooling issues promptly. Track KPIs related to productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction. Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings. Ensure accurate completion of timecards and service documentation.
