Your first mission: Join our Medical Service Director to deep dive into how we manage staffing today Help to review our current support workflows, tools, SLAs, and communication flows Help to develop and implement improvements to efficiency, reporting, and automation, making use of AI where applicable Align with relevant teams to ensure changes are sustainable and scalable After that: You'll rotate through key operational focus areas across the company - supporting growth, launching new services, solving bottlenecks Get insides in cross-functional projects with product, medical care, tech, and marketing teams Build dashboards, automate processes, and recommend better tools or systems Help us scale with excellence, not chaos
