1 Year Finance Executive (Up to $4,500) #BTS

Responsibilities

• Perform GIRO collection & credit card recurring
• Perform credit card charging
• Perform accounts reconciliations and allocations
• Assist to answer phone and email enquiries from internal business units
• Ensure timely receipting performed for all payment modes in system
• Initiate and support system enhancement and User Acceptance Testing
• Resolve queries and enquiries in relation to accounts matters
• Assist in clearing unreconciled premium collection in bank statement and SOA
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts/Finance
