Our Servers/Wait Staff: Ensure an extraordinary dining experience for our incredible residents! Help set up tables, maintaining high standards for cleanliness and presentation. On occasion, set up and prepare food items Keep the food and beverage area organized and fully stocked Greet guests, informing them of specials and changes, answering questions and making suggestions Process resident orders to ensure items are prepared properly and served promptly Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age and our Affiliates. Perform other duties as assigned. What you need to Succeed! Must be 15 years of age; if under 18, parental permission is required Ability to quickly learn and familiarize yourself with the menu for each meal to assure all items are available and answer the residents' questions Ability to help residents with any meal service assistance they might request or require Able to read, write, and speak basic to intermediate English Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations
