Responsibilities
- Efficiently schedule, coordinate and work with key decision makers at both current Yamaha Accounts, as well as competitive accounts, to continue to grow Yamaha's Market-Share and continuously improve customer satisfaction.

- What you need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales, with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, operations, finance)
- Customer-focused approach with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment and lead through change
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common sales technology platforms
- Willingness to travel as required 60-70% of the time.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience with the golf industry or PGA professionals preferred.
- Must be able to load golf cars, climb up and down small objects and lift a moderate amount of weight.
