Responsibilities
- Lead & Develop Talent
- Mentor, coach, and inspire a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve and exceed performance goals
- Provide ongoing feedback, career development support, and performance management
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives to build a high-performing team
- Drive Business Growth
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans for AWS and Google Cloud solutions
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Monitor and improve team productivity metrics and pipeline performance
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Create and present business development strategies to senior leadership
- Align team initiatives with broader organizational goals and cloud growth priorities
- Evaluate and prioritize new initiatives, partnerships, and alliances
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, and vendor teams to align go-to-market efforts
- Ensure consistent communication of goals, performance, and priorities across stakeholders

- Analyze reporting and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

- Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or cloud solutions

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure ecosystems
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
- Post-secondary education in business, technology, or a related field
- Additional Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
- Willingness to travel as needed and work flexible hours when required

- Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
- Hiring Salary Range: $88,000 - $101,000 CAD
