Responsibilities
- The Surgical Dental Assistant-Discharge will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our Oral Surgeons throughout various surgical procedures.

- Administrative Duties:
- -Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with other dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- -Manage patient records, update medical histories, and handle billing and insurance documentation
- -Assist with inventory management, ordering dental supplies, and maintaining equipment
- -Perform any and all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- -High school diploma or equivalent required
- -Valid X-ray license is required
- -Previous experience as a dental assistant, particularly in Oral Surgery, is highly desirable
- -Discharge experience is highly preferred
- -Knowledge of oral surgery procedures, instruments, and materials
- -Familiarity with infection control protocols and safety measures
- -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach
- -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
