About the role

🌟 Youth Worker (5-Month Contract) | $20-$25/hr 📍 Contract Duration: 5 Months (Immediate Start) 🕒 Working Hours - Monday to Thursday: 6.5 hours/day (excluding 0.5-hour lunch break) - No work required on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays, School Holidays, and HBL days ✅ Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Youth Work, Education, or related fields - Experience working with youths in schools, community, or social service settings preferred - Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills - Able to engage students positively and support behavioural development 💼 Key Responsibilities - Mentor and provide regular support to students - Facilitate behavioural intervention and reflection activities - Supervise students during in-house suspension programmes - Support student engagement during recess and lunch periods - Assist in planning and conducting intervention programmes - Monitor student progress and collaborate with school personnel 🌱 We're looking for someone who is patient, empathetic, professional, and committed to helping students thrive.
