Alkami is seeking a strategic, customer-focused, and results-driven Director, Product Management - Marketing to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our marketing solutions portfolio - building products specifically for marketers at financial institutions and similar organizations. This is a builder's role. We are looking for someone who has been directly responsible for building and shipping products-whether launching new product lines within an existing portfolio or building and scaling flagship products in a startup environment. This leader will define and execute the roadmap for Alkami's Marketing products, including Segmint-powered capabilities, customer insights, audience intelligence, personalization, campaign enablement, and future growth and acquisition solutions. Above all, this leader is a creator of clarity. They can synthesize ambiguity into a crisp, compelling direction and distribute that clarity in every direction-upward to leadership, laterally to collaborators, and down to their teams. They pair that with a willingness to roll up their sleeves, get hands-on, and hold a relentlessly high bar for execution quality and urgency. We are also looking for someone who is genuinely AI-fluent-who brings curiosity, urgency, and passion for figuring out how AI can be embedded directly into a marketer's product experience to make their work easier and their outcomes better. This role connects customer data, predictive intelligence, and digital engagement experiences across the Alkami ecosystem to deliver real value to the marketers we serve. The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership, marketing technology expertise, customer empathy, and commercial acumen. They will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to deliver innovative solutions that drive measurable outcomes for financial institutions and support Alkami's growth objectives. This role requires a player-coach mindset and someone who can operate strategically while remaining deeply engaged in customer conversations, market opportunities, roadmap decisions, and product execution. Key Responsibilities & Duties Product Strategy & Vision Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for Alkami's Marketing portfolio. Drive the evolution of marketing, customer intelligence, personalization, and engagement capabilities across Digital Banking, MANTL, and other Alkami platforms. Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with Alkami's marketing strategy and enterprise priorities. Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and emerging technologies-including AI-that create differentiation and growth opportunities for marketers. Translate customer needs and market insights into innovative product capabilities and commercial outcomes. Creating & Distributing Clarity Synthesize ambiguous problems, market signals, and customer needs into a clear, compelling product direction. Communicate that clarity in every direction: upward to executive leadership, laterally to cross-functional partners, and down to product, engineering, and design teams. Establish a shared understanding of priorities, trade-offs, and the "why" behind decisions so teams can move quickly and confidently.
