Staff / Senior Platform Engineer

Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating software systems from inception to release to maintenance
• Experience leading complex cross-team engineering efforts and designing scalable platform services
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and automation
• Comfortable reducing complexity and building systems that last
• Thrives in a remote, collaborative environment (async, clear communication, ownership)
• Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud providers: AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiar with or open to using: Python, Temporal.io , Terraform, Kubernetes (we care more about engineering skill than specific tools)
