- Complete maintenance documentation, work orders, and system updates accurately and on time.
- Maintain current cGMP training records and adhere to CFRs, cGMPs, SOPs, ALCOA+ principles, and company policies.
- Develop, revise, and review SOPs, job plans, and work instructions related to maintenance activities or equipment operation
- Assist in maintaining an accurate spare parts inventory for assigned equipment/systems.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities in coordination with operations to minimize production impact.
- Prioritize tasks based on production needs, deadlines, and customer expectations.
- Communicate progress in escalation chat, barriers, and timelines effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., System Owners, PD, Safety, Quality, Manufacturing) and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Identify and escalate recurring issues, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing maintenance procedures and programs.
- Support and train Maintenance Technicians on routine tasks and troubleshooting techniques.
- Share expertise and best practices to strengthen team capabilities and operational readiness.
- Provide thorough shift handovers to ensure seamless transitions and continuity
- Basic technical knowledge of automation and vision inspection systems, including PLC interfaces, sensors, actuators, HMI interactions, camera-based inspection systems, and troubleshooting support for automated manufacturing equipment.

Requirements
- High school/GED and 2 years of Maintenance experience
- OR
- Associate's degree in industrial Mechanic and 6 months of Maintenance experience
- Technical expertise in manufacturing inspection equipment operations, Maintenance Process, and Automation/Vision System.
- Experience in GMP-regulated environments within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
- Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, including sensors, low-voltage components, and electronic units.
