Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for delivering process outcomes within the Move & Sell Workstream as part of the modern ERP programme, ensuring all objectives are met to high standards.

- Oversee project delivery in partnership with PMO and other process leads, monitoring key metrics and KPIs to ensure timely implementation aligned with best practices and future flexibility.
- Identify risks related to process design or system integration early on, supporting mitigation strategies in collaboration with project leadership to safeguard successful outcomes.
- What you bring:
- A university degree in either a technical or commercial discipline provides you with a solid foundation for understanding complex business environments.
- At least 8-14 years' experience in roles involving large-scale process transformation or ERP implementations equips you with deep practical knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse intricate business processes and propose effective solutions ensures you can navigate challenges confidently.
- Extensive familiarity with order-to-cash (O2C) processes-ideally within large organisations-enables you to quickly grasp operational nuances relevant to this role.
- Hands-on experience designing reports or dashboards using SAP-originated data means you can support senior leaders' decision-making through accurate metrics.
