Emergency and Critical Care Veterinary Nurse

Responsibilities

• Assisting the veterinarians with in-patient and outpatient
• treatments, monitoring and procedures.
• Participation in daily rounds to ensure proper handover of cases between shifts
• Following clinical Standard Operating Protocols as prepared by nursing managers to upkeep standard of care for patients
• Triage of patients presenting at the clinic
• Liasing with owners in a professional manner, in person and over the phone
• Liasing with referring veterinarians and clinic staff in a professional manner
• Care and hygiene of in-patients
• Cleanliness of the clinic and its surrounds
• Upkeeping the Company's reputation within the industry
• Reporting to the nurse managers and practice manager
• Proposed Salary: starting from $3000 per month, negotiable depending on number of years of experience as a vet nurse/vet and language abilities.
• Minimum experience in a vet clinic as a vet/vet nurse is 2 years.
