Responsibilities

• Provide desktop IT support to employees, including system installation, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring office peripherals, and managing user accounts and access permissions.
• Operate and maintain Windows and Linux physical and virtual servers, including deployment, routine health checks, patch management, data backup, and incident response.
• Troubleshoot network issues and perform basic configuration of routing and switching devices; requires NP-level networking knowledge.
• Manage IT assets, maintain operational logs and incident reports, and implement standardized IT operation procedures.
• Support R&D teams in setting up development environments; familiar with mainstream virtualization technologies, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure stable IT system operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Solid hands-on experience in desktop support and server administration.
• Knowledge equivalent to NP/CCNP-level networking, with familiarity in VLANs, routing, switching, and basic firewall operations.
• Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems; understanding of mainstream virtualization technologies.
• Experience in cluster maintenance is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and ability to independently resolve IT issues.
