Commercial Lines Account Associate, Healthcare

About the role

We're looking for a Commercial Lines Account Associate to support our Healthcare team. You'll work closely with an experienced group of professionals, focusing on exceptional client service and operational excellence. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail and strong organizational skills are key.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, prompt support to clients, handling coverage inquiries and requests.
• Prepare and review key documents, including proposals, renewal packages, certificates, and policies.
• Process transactions, endorsements, and invoices with precision and accuracy.
• Analyze client coverage needs, exposures, and loss history to ensure proper risk management.
• Collaborate with the team to market specific coverages and resolve client issues efficiently
• What You'll Need for Success
• RIBO License required and at least 3 years of commercial insurance experience.
• Exposure to Healthcare risks and/or Subscription policies are an asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills in high-volume environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills; experience with EPIC is a bonus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in our Markham office)
