Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data (inventory, demand, transportation, production).
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance (e.g., service level, lead time, stock turnover).
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Process Improvement Map current ("as-is") supply chain processes and design improved ("to-be") solutions.

- Forecasting & planning support Collaborate with planning teams on demand forecasting and supply planning.
- Analyze forecast accuracy and planning performance.
- Stakeholder collaboration Work closely with procurement, logistics, finance, IT, and operations teams to understand business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and align on solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Present insights and recommendations to management.
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in supply chain, business analysis, or analytics roles.
- You have a thorough understanding of supply chain processes (planning, warehousing, transportation) and supply chain KPI's.
- You have strong data analysis skills (Excel, PowerBI), with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate these into actionable insights.
- Experience with data modelling and/or reporting tools is a plus.
- You have experience with ERP systems, especially S/4 Hana and SAP Fiori Cloud.
- You are an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
- You are able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- You have an interest / affinity in working in a technical environment
- In addition to Dutch, you have a fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
