Responsibilities
- Conduct technical qualifications of customer use cases and work with account teams during Proof of Value (POV) deployments to confirm product fit.
- Translate customer feedback and market requirements into technical specifications for engineering to prioritize in the development roadmap.
- Work with product and marketing teams to develop the technical sales content, including product demonstrations and narratives, to enable sales and marketing teams during pre-sales engagements.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a technical B2B SaaS role such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineer, Product Management, or Technical Account Management with 3+ years of OT, IoT experience
- Support the Product & Marketing teams by providing technical support to OEMs, resellers, and channel partners..
- Hands-on experience working directly within a security operations team or providing technical implementation services to security departments.
- Proficiency in translating technical requirements into business value metrics for executive stakeholders.
- Build an end-to-end product knowledge base, regularly perform demos and provide customer feedback to the Product team.
- Work with the training team to ensure partner enablement training meets our needs to allow partners to perform demos.
- Manage IoT/OT RFI/RFP responses.
- Working knowledge of networks such as TCP/UDP, NAC, Firewalls, IPS, etc.
- Proven experience delivering and scaling B2B software products or services within the cybersecurity market.
- Experience working in a quota-carrying role with a track record of meeting measurable adoption or revenue targets.
- Practical knowledge of integrating AI-driven solutions into security management workflows.
- Demonstrated experience managing technical project lifecycles including risk assessment and stakeholder reporting.
- Ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
