Operation Executive ( Pest control)

Responsibilities

• Perform prompt and on-time pest management service at customers' premises.
• Identify pest infestation & carry out appropriate treatments.
• Plan and coordinate daily schedules for pest control teams to ensure timely service delivery across multiple client sites
• Supervise and support technicians on treatment methods, site procedures, and NEA compliance standards
• Conduct regular site audits and inspections to monitor effectiveness of treatments and recommend service improvements
• Manage client relationships, handle service feedback, and provide technical advice or escalated recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of pest activity, treatments performed, and chemicals used
• Ensure team adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental control procedures in line with ISO and NEA standards
• Coordinate inventory management for pest control supplies and ensure proper chemical storage and usage
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to new technicians
• Support in preparing quotations, tenders, and service proposals when required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer service, sales, and compliance
• Write service reports & recommendations
• Qualifications and Skills
• Physically Fit Due to Work Nature.
• With Class 2B/ 3 license.
• With at least 1 year working experience
• ⁠Not a must but a plus to have NEA Technician or Worker License
• Enjoy doing field work.
