Responsibilities

  • Own month‑end results reporting activities for the business, ensuring accurate, timely, and well‑explained results.

  • Experience with accounting and financial concepts with the ability to apply them to business decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clear, decision‑supporting analyses and recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with the business and help support new initiatives.

Requirements

  • MBA or other advanced degree and/or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, build credibility, and operate effectively with senior leadership.

This role owns core financial processes, including results reporting, forecasting, and planning-while providing analytical support for business decisions impacting advisor growth, retention, and profitability.
