- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable sales plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline
- Experience in baby essentials, baby care, mother-and-child products, or related consumer products
- Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns, trade promotions, or brand-building activities
- Good understanding of retail operations, category management, and FMCG market trends
