About the role

Our client, a well-established and premium enrichment school, is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join their vibrant team. With convenient locations across Singapore, this role involves engaging with parents and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities (Education Advisor / Customer Service) Centre Operations: Manage the daily operationsof the centre, handling walk-ins, telephone enquiries, and providing expertcourse consultations to parents. Administration: Perform general administrative duties, includingdaily collections and updating records meticulously in the company's CRMsystem. Customer Relations: Act as the primary liaison between parents andteachers to discuss student progress and handle feedback. Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills toengage effectively with parents, students & educators.
  • Ability to commit to full days on weekends (Saturdays& Sundays) and afternoons/evenings on weekdays.
