Key Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for Risk Management and Governance including the adequacy and effectiveness of controls across Gas Line of Business Reporting Risk Outcomes (risk assessment, controls adequacy, risk indicators & action plans) to Leadership / Governance Forums Oversee Business Continuity and Crisis Management activities Review and assess insurance requirements for projects and drive cost effective insurance placements Lead ad-hoc projects and process improvement opportunities Qualifications & Experience Degree qualified in Business, Finance or Accounting. At least 3 years of relevant experience Hands-on experience and knowledge of risk management including. Advising stakeholders on key risks and mitigation strategy associated with projects, investments, and commercial arrangements Guiding management on risk remediation related to address control deficiencies and/or process gaps Promoting a risk mindset across the organisation Building Trust and Collaborating positively with stakeholders Driving continuous improvement initiatives Our Culture at Sembcorp At Sembcorp, our culture is shaped by a strong set of shared behaviours that guide the way we work and uphold our commitment to driving the energy transition.
