Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Production Process Engineering Specialist and be at the forefront of innovative plastic component manufacturing! We're looking for a technical expert who's passionate about driving manufacturing excellence and process optimization. What will you do: Lead the specification, implementation, and qualification of plastic components and associated tooling, ensuring compliance with SPS principles Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes and tooling systems while ensuring optimal product manufacturability Provide technical expertise within local industrialization and manufacturing engineering teams Select, validate, and standardize new technologies and processes in plastic components domain Guide product design engineering teams on technical specifications to optimize equipment utilization What will make you successful: Demonstrated expertise in plastic component manufacturing and tooling processes Strong background in production process design and implementation Proven track record in manufacturing equipment optimization and layout design Technical proficiency in conducting production tests and troubleshooting Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and technical leadership
