About the role
The Account Manager serves as the strategic owner of assigned partnerships and referral relationships. Responsibilities

- Lead internal and external meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
- Gather, analyze, and communicate partnership outcomes and performance data on established cadences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner and patient needs are addressed effectively.
- Resolve partner concerns and escalated issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies based on referral trends, utilization data, and market opportunities.
- Monitor partnership performance and recommend strategies to increase referral volume, engagement, and retention.
- Work collaboratively with the Care Partnerships Associate on shared partnership accounts.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of assigned account performance, including demand volume, conversion rates, referral trends, utilization patterns, and barriers to care.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive Salesforce account records, contacts, referral attribution, activities, and documentation.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned account information, performance metrics, and Salesforce account structure.
- Actively participate in internal meetings and training, sharing ideas and best practices

Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional experience; business development, account management, and healthcare experience are highly preferred
