JOB PURPOSE As a Senior Production Engineer, you ensure that our production runs efficiently, safely, and with consistently high quality. In this role, you drive improvements, optimize production methods, and provide technical expertise to support both daily operations and long‑term development. You take ownership of mechanical production tasks, contribute to stable and well‑prepared processes, and play a key part in our continuous improvement efforts across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Job Purpose
• Your work enables a stable production, well‑prepared processes, and continuous improvements across the organization.
• Plan and implement rationalizations and improvement initiatives within production.
• Plan and maintain production layout.
• Act as the responsible person for production‑related mechanical design tasks.
• Initiate proposals for investments (final decisions made by Operations Lead or higher).
• Prepare and maintain production equipment documentation related to production methods and efficiency.
• Prepare support in production development and updating of instructions.
• Participate in trial series and pilot production runs.
• Contribute to the company's continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform related production‑technical tasks as required.
• Report directly to the Operations Lead.

Requirements

• Mandatory Requirements
• Experience working in a production environment.
• Competence within Mechanical Cad engineering.
• Experience with production methods, process improvements, or technical support.
• Ability to work independently and make operational decisions within assigned areas.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a practical mindset.
• Good communication skills (Swedish or English).
• Desirable Qualifications
• Experience developing work instructions or documenting production processes.
• Experience with continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
• Experience participating in trial series, product introduction or industrialization.
• Technical education or training within production, manufacturing or engineering.
• Experience working with consumables planning or production support systems.
• Experience with production equipment, tools, or technical troubleshooting.
