Someone who's equally comfortable thinking in hooks, scripts, and campaigns as they are in performance metrics and outcomes. If you've worked in fast-moving startup environments and know how to turn ideas into ads that actually perform, you'll fit right in. What you'll do: Write high-performing copy for performance campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Create scripts and concepts for performance-driven video ads, including UGC-style content, short-form videos, and ad creatives. Develop hooks, headlines, and variations designed to improve click-through and conversion rates. Turn briefs, insights, and performance data into sharp, actionable creative ideas. Stay on top of trends, formats, and what's currently working in performance marketing and social platforms. Help execute campaigns from concept to launch in a fast, iterative environment. The ideal candidate: 3+ years of copywriting experience in an agency or startup environment. Proven experience working on performance marketing campaigns, especially video ads and digital creatives. Strong portfolio showing ads, scripts, or campaigns that have driven measurable performance outcomes. Experience working with startups and fast-paced, high-iteration teams. Understands direct response principles, hooks, storytelling for ads, and conversion-focused messaging. Comfortable writing across formats including short-form video scripts, ad copy, landing pages, and social content. Strong instinct for what makes creative work perform and what to cut quickly.
