C.H. Robinson is looking for a Customer Integration Manager to support our Freightview platform. In this role you will be responsible for helping customers create value and achieve higher satisfaction through the connected C.H. Robinson products through third party software. You will ensure that customers see initial success working with C.H. Robinson and our platforms (e.g., timely quoting, pricing accuracy, the connection is working as designed) and success over time as their objectives evolve. The role drives improved digital connections with customers as well as increased visibility to customers activities and win rates. This hybrid role is based in our Kansas City office with in-office expectations of 1-2 days per week. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: Provides pricing/profile consultations Vets feedback and determines if it is a profile, model or data integrity issue Partners with data science to identify gamification and works with account team to refine pricing strategy and approach Leverages reporting and insights to drive improved outcomes Works with account team to maximize rate submission and win rates Provides close loop feedback to connectivity and TPE team from the customers and commercial teams Determines what features and bugs to prioritize with the bot's development team Uses data to determine which customers to onboard onto TMS platforms Determines based on data which TMSs/ERP to build bots for Works with account teams to advise on pricing profile set up as customers are onboarded to bots Partners with Development to build process to onboard customers to routing guide integrations with TMS/ERPs
