Service Crew

Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service. - Take accurate food and beverage orders. - Serve orders promptly and check guest satisfaction.
• Operations Support - Keep the dining area clean, tidy, and properly set up. - Assist in restocking service stations and supplies. - Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned.

• Compliance & Safety - Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards at all times. - Use equipment and utensils properly and carefully. - Report any issues or guest concerns to the supervisor.
