Title: Senior Frontend Developer Location: Remote in USA We're looking for a skilled and solutions-oriented Frontend Developer to build engaging, scalable, and high-performing web applications. In this role, you will create responsive, user-centric interfaces, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and help deliver seamless digital experiences that drive impact. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end applications Build responsive, intuitive, and user-centric interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks Implement event-driven architectures, including Pub/Sub design patterns Collaborate with product, backend, and UX teams to deliver cohesive digital solutions Optimize application performance, speed, and scalability across environments Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices Support smooth knowledge transfer during transition and overlap periods Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Qualifications 5+ years of experience in frontend development Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Hands-on experience with Alpine.js or similar lightweight JavaScript frameworks Solid understanding of Pub/Sub or other event-driven design patterns Experience integrating REST APIs with backend services Familiarity with version control tools such as Git Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently in distributed teams Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving project environments Ownership mindset with a strong focus on delivery and quality Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) Exposure to full-stack development Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Ability to ramp up quickly in existing codebases The base salary range for this position is $92,250 to $120,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
