Program Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Requirements Division of COMNAVSPECWARDEVGRU. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: overseeing system acquisition and milestone reviews, capability integration systems (JCDS and SOFCIDS), and defense budget process; apply evaluative fact finding development, leveraging organizational structures to identify and resolve complex requirements discrepancies; planning, organizing, and guiding joint military and civilian personnel to develop vital requirements documentation while independently navigating and resolving conflicting viewpoints among stakeholders.
