Facilities Management Executive (Contract 1 year - Salary Up to $5,000) JO28880

Responsibilities

• Facilities & Site Management
• Conduct site surveys and assess the condition of buildings, facilities, vehicles, and M&E systems
• Identify maintenance requirements and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor facility performance to ensure operational readiness
• Contractor & Vendor Management
• Oversee contractors and service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance works
• Ensure prompt rectification of defects to minimize operational disruptions and downtime
• Monitor work quality and compliance with project specifications
• Project & Stakeholder Management
• Prepare technical specifications and scope of work to obtain competitive quotations
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources for successful project delivery
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external contractors, and tenants to ensure smooth operations
• Continuous Improvement
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve facilities management efficiency and productivity
• Support process enhancement initiatives and operational excellence projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building and facilities management
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Highly motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving licence
