Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a technically focused IT Hardware and Administration Coordinator to join our Digital team in a casual capacity for an initial period of 6 months to assist with administration, basic project management and communication with international stakeholders about logistics coordination.
  • This role is internally referred to as "Digital Administrator".
  • Key responsibilities will involve:
  • Assisting with Administration: Help manage data entry requirements for the roll out of the global hardware refresh project.
  • Coordinate Scheduling: Liaise with and effectively communicate to stakeholders to arrange hardware swap outs with site contacts at international locations.
  • Status Updating: Keep track of progress, proactively report updates and update records for each location.
  • Transition Support: Work with technical teams to ensure smooth equipment transitions by answering FAQs.
