Human Resources Manager - Health Advocacy

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Five (5) years of health advocacy or program management experience
• Two (2) years of administrative and supervisory experience
• Three (3) or more years experience in corporate wellness programming
• Experience working with multi-location employers
• Direct experience in wellness portal design, implementation, and administration
• The Health Advocacy Manager job responsibilities include:
• Assists with implementation of strategic health and wellness strategies, focused on cost and risk reduction.
• Oversees and implements departmental marketing and promotional programs.
• Coordinates various classes, trainings, and events tin collaboration with city health and wellness partners.
• Serves as the staff liaison for assigned vendors and programs.
• Develops KPIs and other metrics related to program performance and risk reduction.
• Leads, oversees and participates in the administering and auditing of assigned programs; ensures compliance with contract/agreement requirements;

Pay Range: $93,574 - $121,646 annual compensation Job Posting Closing on: Sunday, June 28, 2026 Workdays & Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm; Some evening/weekend work required.
