- Excellent communication and client engagement skills
- Passion for food quality, presentation, and customer service
- Requirements City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- Experience supervising a team in a similar chef role
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Willingness to complete a trade test as part of the recruitment process

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to oversee a dynamic food operation serving up to 400 covers per day , alongside delivering exceptional hospitality services for on-site events and meetings.
