Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with on-trade customers including restaurants, bars, hotels, clubs, and cafés to drive sales growth

  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of customer enquiries to maintain satisfaction
  • Product Promotion
  • Organize and support wine tastings, product launches, trade events, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility
  • Educate customers on wine characteristics, food pairing, and product knowledge to enhance product appreciation and sales
  • Promote the company's wine portfolio to raise market awareness and customer engagement
  • Market & Operational Support
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
  • Collaborate with purchasing and marketing teams to support sales initiatives and campaigns
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records for performance tracking and decision-making
  • Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in wine, spirits, beverage, or F&B industry
  • Existing network within restaurants, hotels, bars, cafés, or hospitality establishments
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Valid Class 3 driving license (advantageous)
  • Passion for wine and spirits
