You will meet regularly with site teams to review tactical launch activities, assess readiness, and remove barriers in real time. You will own and drive Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) with regional maintenance managers and L7 stakeholders, presenting data-driven updates on critical milestones including IOQ status, staffing, training, spare parts readiness, and equipment commissioning. You will maintain and drive launch project trackers end-to-end, ensuring every milestone, owner, and commitment date is accurate, visible, and actioned. Your week will include coordinating across GES, Operations Engineering, Construction, L&D, and Field RME to keep Greenfield launches, REI projects, and technology deployments on track. When risks emerge, you will surface them immediately through structured escalations with clear owners and resolution timelines.
