Why you will love this opportunity as SharePoint Administrator at Civica We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SharePoint Administrator to support Civica's Department of Justice programs. In this role, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end management and optimisation of SharePoint Online, ensuring a seamless, efficient collaboration experience for teams operating in a fast-paced delivery environment. You'll also play a key role in driving automation and productivity, leveraging Microsoft 365, Copilot, and the Power Platform to enhance workflows, improve service delivery, and support continuous improvement across programs. What you'll be doing: You will take ownership of the SharePoint Online environment, managing configuration, upgrades, integrations, and designing scalable site structures that support multiple programs and teams. You'll create and optimise libraries, content types, and workflows, while continuously improving platform performance and user experience. You will play a critical role in governance and security, managing permissions, access controls, and ensuring proper data lifecycle management, including archiving and retention. Leading clean-up and retention initiatives, you'll help maintain a structured, efficient, and compliant SharePoint environment. In addition, you'll provide hands-on support and training to end users, troubleshoot issues, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvements aligned with Microsoft 365 advancements. Working closely with PMO teams, Contract Managers, and stakeholders, you'll enable seamless collaboration and smarter ways of working across fast-paced delivery programs. What you will bring: Essential Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power Automate, MS Forms) Working knowledge of PowerShell, Power BI, and Windows environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail and prioritisation ability Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems efficiently Excellent communication skills with proven stakeholder management capability Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong prioritisation skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 2+ years' hands-on experience in SharePoint Online administration Preferred Skills Experience in a service-oriented / client-facing environment Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps and access management Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Hands-on experience with Power Automate workflows Certifications (Desirable) AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals ITIL 4 Foundation We Want You to Bring Your Whole Self to Work There is no such thing as the perfect candidate, so if you think you have what it takes but don't necessarily meet every single point on the list above, please still get in touch.
