Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure or systems engineering within complex environments.
• Deep understanding of how computers, operating systems, and networks work.
• Broad experience across cloud platforms, and infrastructure tooling.
• Strong ability to reason from first principles and debug unfamiliar systems.
• Proven ability to experiment thoughtfully and apply learnings to real systems.
• Pragmatic, high-ownership mindset with clear and structured thinking.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred

Infrastructure Generalist We are seeking an Infrastructure Generalist to build, evolve and maintain the core infrastructure that underpins and protects Xantium's technology environment. This is a highly visible role working closely with Security, Engineering, and Operations teams. This is an opportunity to operate in a greenfield, high-performance environment where decisions have immediate and long-term impact. Key Responsibilities Include Building and maintaining infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, and cloud environments. Owning system configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting across endpoints, servers, and services. Defining and running experiments to improve performance, reliability, and system design. Translating learnings from experiments into durable, production-ready solutions. Driving architectural decisions that support growth and operational resilience.
