About the role

Jouer un rôle de leader dans les discussions avec nos partenaires d'affaires : mettre en question, influencer, coconstruire et proposer des solutions innovantes. Orienter vos collègues en les encadrant, en révisant leurs travaux, en faisant des analyses techniques et en réglant des problèmes complexes. Ce que vous mettrez à profit : Diplôme d'études universitaires en actuariat ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente. Certification professionnelle en mathématiques, en actuariat, de préférence ACAS ou de FCAS. Au moins cinq ans d'expérience en actuariat (de préférence dans le secteur de l'assurance de dommages). Bonne connaissance des langages Python, SAS, VBA ou R . Compétences souhaitées : adaptabilité, innovation, esprit d'analyse, prise de décisions, pensée critique, communication, planification, organisation et esprit d'équipe. Bilinguisme requis (Français / Anglais) - Nécessité d'interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays .
