About the role

Notre équipe grandissante est à la recherche d'un(e) conseiller(ère) en actuariat! Joignez‑vous à l'équipe de Performance opérationnelle où la collaboration, la créativité et les projets à fort impact sont au cœur de notre quotidien. Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous : Travailler de façon autonome sur des projets ambitieux et stratégiques, touchant notamment l'identification de tendances et la création de solutions analytiques visant à optimiser l'efficacité opérationnelle. Mettre à profit votre expertise pour diriger des projets d'envergure et orientés résultats. Jouer un rôle de leader dans les discussions avec nos partenaires d'affaires : mettre en question, influencer, coconstruire et proposer des solutions innovantes. Orienter vos collègues en les encadrant, en révisant leurs travaux, en faisant des analyses techniques et en réglant des problèmes complexes. Ce que vous mettrez à profit : Diplôme d'études universitaires en actuariat ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente. Certification professionnelle en mathématiques, en actuariat, de préférence ACAS ou de FCAS. Au moins cinq ans d'expérience en actuariat (de préférence dans le secteur de l'assurance de dommages). Bonne connaissance des langages Python, SAS, VBA ou R . Compétences souhaitées : adaptabilité, innovation, esprit d'analyse, prise de décisions, pensée critique, communication, planification, organisation et esprit d'équipe. Bilinguisme requis (Français / Anglais) - Nécessité d'interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays .
